Making Every Document Matter

Navigate Your Legal Library With the Executive Librarian

Being of service to tax and law libraries has been a fulfilling occupation for the past 32 years. Starting at a time when everything was in print, Monika Miura (our founder) serviced many small accountants and attorneys in their various libraries freeing up time for their administrative staff to do income-producing work.

When information moved from print to CD-ROM, the scope of our business moved to offer administration assistance as well.

Keeping up with the ongoing maintenance and paper filing of a law or tax library is often tedious, time-consuming work. Large firms had dedicated library staff, but small-to-mid-sized firms cannot dedicate full-time staff to assist with library functions.

Corporate departments prefer that their in-house library, paralegal, and administrative staff dedicate more time to research rather than pay outside counsel to do so. In today’s economy, law firms, accounting firms, and large companies seek ways to reduce overhead and improve profits. Outsourcing these services is a big help in this area.

The Executive Librarian team, those in Houston and Dallas, assist our many firms by keeping their research materials in order, updating catalogs, confirming shipments, and distributing books to all those that request or need them. We also assist with contract renewals, research collection issues, and order publications.
